Firefox can only use the [View Video|Java] option and will require the Java Runtime Environment plugin.
Firefox will tell you if it needs this plugin installed. If needed, then do the following:
- Click the ‘Install Missing plugin’ button
 - In the next window, click ‘Install Plugin’ button
 - After the plugin finishes the install you will need to close Firefox and reopen it
 - Done

*Any problems with the plugin visit here to find instructions on dealing with Java plugin issues.*
Internet Explorer can use either view. Make sure to install the plugin for either ActiveX or Java when the drop-down popup appears. It will show up as a yellow bar beneath the address bar in Internet Explorer.
